Most Marketers Have Never Held a Drill
“I Built Furniture for a Living.”
Our founder, Shukhrat, didn’t start in a tech incubator. He started in local markets at age four, learning the reality of trade firsthand.
Before writing a line of code, he lived a dozen lives in the real world. He worked in sawmills, manufactured high-end furniture, plumbed interiors, and managed warehouses. He has been a waiter, a real estate agent, and a master of textile production.
He knows the weight of a sheet of MDF, the pressure of a production deadline, the cost of a misinterpreted blueprint, and the pride of a perfect install.
That DNA is woven into this agency. We have a deep, personal respect for tangible work because our leadership has lived it.
The Tragedy of the Invisible Genius
Later, moving into e-commerce, something felt hollow. It was selling for the sake of selling — disconnected from the craft and sustainability.
But looking back at the local craftsmen and builders from the early days, he saw a tragedy playing out over and over: The Invisible Genius.
He met founders with the craft, the quality, and the soul, creating magic in the dark. But they were losing jobs to inferior competitors simply because they lacked the digital presence.
Shukhrat gathered a team and started building systems not to leave the trade, but to serve it. To make sure the best work actually gets seen.
We Champion the “Stayup”
The world tells us to be a “Startup” — to grow at all costs, chase investors, and exit fast.
We believe in the “Stayup.”
A Stayup is built for the long term, founded on the mastery of a craft. It’s not a fragile enterprise chasing funding; it’s a durable, profitable business rooted in reality.
We don’t want a world led by hollow profits, but by serving real needs and being rewarded for it. Small businesses are cool, but enduring businesses—those who stay and last because they love their craft—are better.
Going Back to Our Roots
We made a choice. Instead of serving everyone, we decided to serve the tangible.
We took our years of research, our data analysis, and our digital experience, and we brought it home—to the Masters of Craft, Trades, Design, and Construction.
We understand your industry not because we read about it, but because we are part of it. We speak your language, we respect your timelines, and we understand that your reputation is your most valuable asset.
Why We Are Called UNQA
Our story didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in a public library, with our founder’s childhood fascination for a rare and powerful animal: the Jaguar.
Poring over encyclopedias, Shukhrat felt a deep, instant connection. Later, he discovered that in the ancient Americas, the Jaguar was not just an animal—it was a god, a shapeshifter, and a guardian of the unknown.
This path led him to the Quechua, one of the most resilient indigenous cultures in the Americas. While other civilizations faded, the Quechua spirit endured, rooted in principles of community and durability. To the people of the Andes and the Amazon fringe, the jaguar (otorongo) is a sacred archetype—a master of the physical and spiritual realms, representing the fierce balance of nature.
Their society was built on the Ayllu (community): individuals focused on mastering their craft and sharing their best work through Ayni—the sacred law of reciprocity. It was a model built not on accumulation, but on mastery, mutual support, and sustainable balance.
In the rich tapestry of ancient Andean dialects, he discovered a rare and distinct name for the jaguar: UNQA.
We chose this name as a constant reminder of our purpose: to help the modern masters of craft find that same balance—building durable businesses rooted in community and rejecting the unnatural “grow-or-die” pressure.
A Global Team, One System
We are a group of professionals who have worked together for years. We aren’t a random collection of freelancers; we are a tested unit.
We have already built the processes, set the blueprints, and made the mistakes so you don’t have to. We operate as a unified global team covering Research, Strategy, Design, UX/UI, Development, and Ads.
We collected every discipline under one roof so you don’t have to scatter your energy managing five different vendors.
The Values We Build By
We believe a fair, sustainable economy is built on four non-negotiable pillars. These aren’t just marketing words; they are the 4 core values (U-N-Q-A) we use to choose our partners and make strategic decisions.
- Uniqueness: We champion the indie, the custom, and the authentic. If you build cookie-cutter junk, we aren’t for you.
- Naturalness: We respect the flow of life. We build systems that are sustainable for the planet and for your sanity.
- Quality: Durability is our north star. We build things that make sense and last.
- Accessibility: Good design shouldn’t be a gated community. We make excellence accessible to those who earn it.
Our Code
Our code is simple. We believe in integrity before volume, partnership before profit, and consistency as the language of trust. We are here for the builders, the architects, and the makers serving people. Our goal is to create a legacy that lasts — if this is how you work, talk to us.

Why We Don’t Sell “Websites” Anymore (And What to Ask Your Agency Instead)
If you ask an agency “How much for a website?”, you’re asking a question that leads to a transaction, not a transformation. A website is a cost. A “Growth System” is an investment. This is the simple shift that gets you a real return.
